Availe Inc., a national print and copy solutions provider, has announced plans to expand the Availe Worry Free Color Printer program even further in the near future. The program—which works to provide high quality printers, copiers and associated services to churches, non-profit organizations, veterinarians, funeral homes, financial service providers, private education, franchisees, community banks and independent retailers—has been an outstanding success right out of the gate.
“Most small businesses can benefit from our program,” said Greg Butler, President at Availe Inc., “Essentially, our customer’s high print volume entitles them to extremely deep discounts, free shipping, and next day onsite service—not to mention our in-house, US based technical support agents who have the competence and authority to solve any problem.”
Butler went on to say, “Part of the success of the program is that all support calls are handled by experienced technicians who know the machine inside and out. Our technicians know hardware for sure, but also must have an extensive IT history of solving problems.” Availe’s support staff is based domestically in the United States and is readily available to solve everything from the occasional misfeed to complex print and copy issues.
Availe ships their devices directly to the end users and then remotely installs and sets up the printing, faxing and scanning services. The cost of the machine is heavily discounted, and the supplies are available for purchase online through a customized customer portal. Once the customer receives their machine, Availe technicians will reach out via remote contact, allowing unique optimization for all scanning, faxing, and printing solutions.
“It’s difficult for a lot of small business to get attention,” Butler continued, “We are like a buying group for all these small office customers that need personal attention and competitive pricing for their supplies and service.”
