Some industries print more than others, so we want to make sure we recommend the perfect fit for you. To qualify, you should be printing about 2,000 color pages per month and the printer/copier should be able to connect to your network.

Step 2 – Pick the best fit

You are able to choose from 8 different models from leading print/copy companies like Canon, HP, and Xerox. Each machine has it’s own strengths and weaknesses and your Availe team member will be able to suggest the right machine for your environment. These multifunction devices and printers are fast, color, and capable of printing most common legal and letter sized paper. Each can all produce brochures, newsletters, forms, reports, graphs and the common things you print.

Step 3 – Start Using and Saving

You can schedule a time for remote installation or do it yourself. In most cases, we remote into your computer and walk you through the networking, scanning, copying and functions of the machine., Our software will let you know when your printer is low on ink or any other supply. Simply continue to purchase supplies through our portal for ongoing support, both onsite and over the phone. After your first purchase of supplies needed, you will become eligible for discounts, coupons and rewards.

How Does The Worry Free Color Printer Plan Work?

It’s very simple. We ship the printer to you. The cost is dependent on your print volume. We’ll send you a link to download the supplies software. When that is installed, it will alert you when you are low on toner. As long as you buy what you need from us when you run low, the printer is covered under warranty.

What Printers Are Supported?

There are several models of printers available with this plan including; the MFP Xerox C405DN, Canon MF735CDW, HP Color Laserjet MFP M477fdn, Xerox C400DN, HP 680mfp, Xerox 7845i, HP 570/dn, and the HP Color Laserjet M452dn.

Is There A Monthly Fee?

This Worry Free Color Printer plan doesn’t require monthly payments or annual commitments. There is also no charge for technical support and we even support other printers and copiers on your network, if needed. The only fee is for supplies and purchases, otherwise we do not require page counts or meter reads.

Can I Get More Than One?

Yes, as long as you meet the requirements and purchase the supplies through the Availe Supplies Assistant.

How Much Does Toner Cost?

It depends on the model you choose. The toner is priced very competitively and we systematically offer toner specials, bundles, free shipping and other discounts which reduce your cost to print. Your overall toner cost will be less than or equal to the price shown on Canon, HP, and Xerox websites.

How Do I Get Service?

You can call or email or chat with our US help desk. It is staffed by trained 2nd level technicians who have years of experience in IT and print support. More than 50% of the time, we are able to quickly resolve service issues by phone. If our experts can’t help you, they will dispatch a technician with parts to repair your printer onsite on the next business day.

What Is Covered Under Warranty?

Everything except paper and staples! All parts, labor, and travel are included with your maintenance agreement. In some cases, we may elect to swap out the entire machine if we find the repair is too complex or if our customer is in a remote area where technicians are difficult to dispatch calls.

Can I Buy The Supplies Somewhere Else?

If you order supplies somewhere else, the printer will need to be returned to Availe. However, we have very competitive pricing on our supplies, so you should never pay more than necessary for your printer supplies.

What Is The Page Commitment?

We prefer that our customers print about 10,000 color pages per year. If you fall a bit short, there are no penalties or fines.

We will determine your cost based upon your volume, provide your shipping address and we’ll send you the printer. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive from the time you order.

How Do I Cancel?

You can cancel the program any time by simply returning the printer to Availe.
